Joshua Sudock is an award-winning still photographer, author, and visual storyteller based in Orange County, California. With over 25 years of experience, he has built a career that combines photojournalism’s integrity with the creativity required for impactful commercial and editorial work.

Sudock's lens has captured U.S. Presidents, the British Royal Family, A-list celebrities, and world-renowned athletes. His portfolio spans human interest stories, business features, and dramatic moments such as breaking news, emergency medical scenes, and courtroom proceedings. He has also documented high-energy events like symphonies, rock concerts, red carpets, conventions, and fundraising galas. Whether photographing intimate environmental portraits or creating large-scale advertising campaigns, Sudock’s work consistently connects with audiences across platforms.

For more than a decade, Sudock worked as a staff photographer and breaking news reporter at The Orange County Register, before being invited to join The Walt Disney Company as Chief Photographer for Disneyland Resort. In this role, he led image direction and visual content strategies that amplified the resort’s global media presence, crafting compelling narratives that resonated with diverse audiences worldwide.

In 2020, as the pandemic shuttered California theme parks, Sudock leveraged his editorial expertise and passion for visual storytelling to help new clients express their unique visions and achieve their goals. Today, he collaborates with a wide range of clients, crafting imagery that engages, informs, and inspires.
